Entebbe Municipality Division B Deputy Chairman Deogratius Lubwama is cursing like hell ever since he joined politics. The man of God is regretting after all his wealth evaporated including his residential house over a multimillion chocking debt.
And last Friday the broke man caused a nasty scene at a colourful ceremony attended by the State Minister for Urban Development Rose Mary Najjemba at the launch of the USIMID Civil works in Entebbe. The man bitterly exchanged with one of the area Paparazzi over gossiping about him and tarnishing his political image.
