Dancehall singer King Micheal Mugwanya has reacted to Bebe Cool showing off his multi-billion mansion that he recently purchased in Bwebajja.
Bebe Cool made news online for purchasing a grand mansion worth $1 million (about 3.7 billion shillings) for his wife, Zuena Kirema, in Bwebajja.
The news was broken online by Zuena via her social media handles, where she thanked the singer for elevating their family’s lifestyle.
King Michael, while speaking to Galaxy TV, acknowledged that everyone lived their lives, but personally, he was way past the stages of posting his achievements on social media.
He explained that posting every detail about your successes breeds more enemies from people who do not wish you well.
He, however, congratulated Bebe Cool on his big achievement, noting that he had silenced social media critics who kept trolling him for not having his own home.
“Everyone has their own way of doing things. Personally, I’m way past that; I cannot be posting my assets for people to see because at the end of the day, you create enemies and annoy people. Even when it comes to my family, I never bring them up in the media; you will only know that my daughter is getting married and wonder where she has been. I do not live a life of showing off my achievements but I congratulate Big Size Bebe Cool,” he said.
Michael was among the few celebrities in the 2000s who lived a flashy and luxurious life. He, however, decided to put that other side of his life out of the media, making everyone believe that he couldn’t afford it anymore.

Contrary to what the public believed, the singer acknowledged that he was living his dream and best life, but only those around him would testify to it because he preferred staying out of the media eye.
“Those around me are the only ones who know that I’m living a good life but a person who doesn’t know will be the one to doubt that. I thank God that the life I’m living is what I dreamt of. I used to do that before but they always doubted me and It looked like I was just bragging and proving points. But if you look at just my watch, you will definitely know that it is expensive,” he said.
