Fifty NRM party supporters had a rough day with police and security agencies in Entebbe.
This follows after a group of irritant ruling party supporters gathered next State House main entrance to meet President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on a busy Monday morning.
Police and other security agencies at around 10am rounded up of rowdy ruling party supporters that has planned to ram into the presidential convoy or motorcade around the Muzinga Park square overlooking the municipal headquarters in Entebbe.
Security agencies ‘smoked out’ several unruly party supporters on this mission to ram into the presidential motorcade adjacent to the State House.
Several ruling party supporters where arrested and mugged up to police patrols plus trucks on standby before turning a nuisance.
“It’s not clear how these stubborn ruling party supporters mobilized themselves into big numbers(over 100) to meet the president without any earlier communication nor letter to that effect”, inside source.
The ruling party supporters dressed in yellow t-shirts drove in big numbers in over 5 mini buses and camped around the town streets to dress before finding their way to the state house.
Hundreds of them came with yellow t-shirts in hand bags and buveeras and when they reached the town streets, they dressed up to prove smart in disguise of ‘faking around’ for the yellow movement.
Security agencies were tipped from the previous evening that some unruly NRM party members were skimming to storm the State House.
All the snooping party fellas was arrested and driven to different police stations including the Entebbe main police station in police trucks and pick-ups.
In the twist of event a woman whose identity wasn’t revealed at time press fainted in the scuffle with security agents around the golf club road.
It was real fight for lions and tigers at the state house doors with stubborn yellow cadres with no media attention and cameras to capture the blue-print story to the big man.
It has now become a bad habit that rowdy NRM party keep on striking and rioting at the State House with no invitations and permits.
The security agents have worked on them and eaten them like carrot before raiding the presidential palace with no great cause but to disturb the big man including conning him and begging for free money sucks.
