The Uganda Police Director of operations, Andrew Felix Kaweesi and Deputy Special Forces Commandant, Sabiiti Magyenyi Mzee a couple of weeks ago cursed after rains washed them up like kids in Entebbe. The top government security officers suffered like hell in the heavy rains that washed the whole town before President Museveni landed in the country from the United Nations summit. The rains showered up the security officers for over three hours without them hiding any where nor abandoning their duties.
