The Katabi Sub county speaker Ronald Kalema is cursing like why he was born to suffer in the world. The staunch Democratic Party diehard is in trouble after chewing a five million shillings (Shs5m) chocking loan from the Ssabagabo C&S Credit society early this year. The poor man acquired the loan from the micro-finance facility eight months ago and he started chewing the dime like fish and screwing babes like madness. According to the micro finance management they have served Kalema with several notices demanding him to pay the money but in vain.
According to the demand notice filed at Entebbe Chief Magistrate’s court under file no.034 of 2015 and dated 4th November 2015 reads in part that:
“I, Ssabagabo C&S Society hereby claim a sum of Sh5m amount claimed
from you arising from a loan you entered a contract. You’re required within fourteen days from the service of this demand notice to pay the debt mentioned above, if you pay or settle the debt. I’ll give you a receipt acknowledging settlement of the debt owing. If you fail to comply with this notice with in fourteen days I’ll file a claim against you under small claims procedure to obtain a decree for the amount claimed together with expenses permitted by court”
