Rowdy fella in crazy mood.
Beach owners in Entebbe are bobbing high and smiling from the bottom of their hearts after their facilities were finally allowed to operate again. The happening spots were shut down after 13 people drowned during the festive season on Christmas and Boxing Day. The matter raised a lot of eye brows around town after fingers were pointed at the beach owners over failing to man their facilities. Two weeks ago the beach facilities were opened to the public after the owners fought tooth and nail with Ministry of Gender, Labor and Social Development Permanent secretary Pius Bigirimana to lift the ban. Last weekend horny fellas washed away their sadness and sorrow over the incident and flocked Lido beach. The horny fellas did all sorts of crazy things including chewing lips and playing like mad fish in the water. Our camera man captured a few shots at Lido Beach.
