The Entebbe Municipality Member of Parliament Hon. Rose Tumusiime has started her term in office in high gear ever since she floored her rival Michael Kakembo Mbwatekamwa in court. She has ushered in a new wave of leadership in Entebbe where of late she has been lecturing and pumping sense into different groups of people and communities. On Wednesday she lectured a couple of Division ‘B’ Boda Boda riders during their swearing in ceremony that was held at Lido Beach. The NRM Party diehard warned the Boda Boda riders over indiscipline and recklessly riding. She bashed hyenas on her throat that are secretly plotting to frustrate and sabotage her term in office. She told them to swallow their anger and pain or go hang. She presided over the swearing in of the Division ‘B’ Boda Boda riders. Joseph Katunguka was sworn in as Division ‘B’ Boda Boda Chairman for the next three years and will be deputized by Nkwasibwe David. She promised to inject Shs500,000 to the Boda Boda Sacco. The Boda Boda swearing in Ceremony was attended by RDC Rose Kirabira and Deputy Mayor Richard Sekyondo.
