Entebbe Municipality veteran NRM Councilor Rose Tumusiime is walking door to door and marketing herself these days like crazy. This follows after God’s Angels spoke to her in a dream a couple of months ago to stand for Parliament in next year’s General elections. Since then the NRM diehard has been on the move and hunting for votes from all corners as well as making lot’s of promises to the residents. A couple of weeks ago she organized a football Gala dubbed Rose Tumusiime Cup at the Kiwafu Play Grounds where eight teams participated in the tournament Leopards FC, Welders FC, Calvary, Entebbe Stars, Bugonga, Kibanda, Royal Scape and Banga.
Entebbe stars beat Bugonga 1-0 in the finals and walked away with a set of jerseys and a cow, the runners up walked away with a set of jerseys and a goat, the first runners up got a set of jerseys while second runners up walked away with a goat. Top scorer of the day was Andama Wilson who pocketed Shs. 50,000
