Former Entebbe Municipality Member of Parliament Hon. David Byatike Matovu is not a happy man ever since he lost his parliamentary seat to Hon. Muhammad Kawuma. The staunch NRM Party man lost his parliamentary seat to former Entebbe Parents School teacher and Democratic Party diehard in 2006. And since then, Byatike has been keeping a low profile and surviving the hard way on his meager allowances from Nkumba University that come late. The gray haired former legislator was on Monday morning smoked out bargaining for a boda boda bike from his crib to shop a few household items from a super market. He abandoned his blue Toyota Prado at his crib and rushed to the super market to shop some household items including news papers. He couldn’t cruise his monster machine because it guzzles fuel like fish.
