Former Air-force Primary School Headmistress Perepetwa Waigumbulizi is in the spotlight after erecting a perimeter wall on the land claimed by the family of the late Lwanga Ismail. The land under question is located on Busambaga road and measuring 20x120ft, a few meters from Entebbe Parents Secondary School. The deceased’s family claims that Mrs. Waigulimbulizi has developed the claimed with a perimeter wall on plot 31E  which their father acquired  from the late Nzera Nakato. The land has sparked a bitter row as the family is battling with Mrs Waigumbulizi to vacant their land after grabbling part of their land  neighboring her. We have highly established that  Mrs. Waigumbulizi acquired two plots in the neighborhood from the late Tereza Bukirwa without the land under contention with unclear measurements while the  late Lwanga Ismail’s land agreement  dated 20th February 1987 has all the measurements and  details with approval and confirmations from the former parish chief. The deceased’s family is fighting for their small piece of land that Mrs. Waigumbulizi has forcefully acquired using some local authorities. We have established that  Mrs. Waigumbulizi was dragged to the LC3 court in 1997 and lost the court battle. The deceased’s family has walked to several offices after Mrs. Waigumbulizi  developing the land under contention with a  written document from  the Entebbe RDC Haji Njuki Mbabali. The deceased’s family members,Namusisi Joweria,Nakasi Rehema, Sulaiman Kakonge and Nabalindwa Lamula have petitioned the legal aid to  help them out after walking to different including the police in Entebbe.(By Media Spy)
