Entebbe Forum For Democratic Change Coordinator Francis Malinga has written a letter to Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni after he was arrested by police last year over whistle blowing the dirt behind the former Director General Uganda Medical Services Professor Francis Omaswa’s organization. The capital Alternatives Boss was arrested last year in July 2014 after exposing the dirt behind the African Centre for Global Health and Social Transformation Organisation.
He was arrested at the parliamentary avenue and detained for two days at Kisungu Police station after pointing fingers at the ACHEST top boss over misappropriating five million US Dollars (US$5M) for his own personal gain.
And to make matters worse the FDC Man was put in the coolers over forgery allegations and for signing 14 cheques on behalf of brovard Tours. The matter has raised dust after Besigye’s man scribbled a letter dated 12th February 2015 to President Museveni after he was wrongfully arrested after exposing the stinking financial indiscipline involving Professor Omaswa.
In June 2014 the highly educated former senior government officer was summoned and quizzed for several hours at Kibuli Police Head Quarters.
