
Angry residents are yet collecting signatures to throw out their village chairman in Entebbe.
This follows after several reports pinning the Lugonjo area chairman Paul Zikuliza in dirty land deals.
In a meeting last weekend, residents resolved at kicking out the LC 1 chairman out of office after several reports pinning him down over land disputes in the area.
It’s highly noted that the area chairman with other local authorities have engaged in defrauding innocent residents in land deals.
“The ‘fake’ chairman has been signing every document including land agreements that have been with his signature and stamped”, said angry resident.
Last Saturday the same foxy village chairman organized a village meeting and snubbed the meeting following a land dispute between one Resty Nassuna and Alex Accelam along the Kasolo road close.
“The public access road adjacent to Alex Accelam’s residence on Kasolo close was to sold to one Resty Nassuna at a cash down payment of five million shillings(shs5M) only”, reports indicate.
The poor woman was handed signed papers as per the transactions to proceed with any developments.
Last Saturday’s meeting was to resolve the long ongoing land dispute between Resty Nassuna and Alex Accelam after the poor woman was conned by crafty local authourities in the area.
The area chairman Paul Zikuliza snubbed the meeting that was attended by concerned residents including the area police OC Galabuzi.
Councilor Kikomeko Twaha said that it has become a habit of local authorities play dirty games and more so pointed finger at the crafty area chairman Paul Zikuliza now hidden in rat-hole.
Councilor Kibirige Tadeo advised residents to collect signatures to throw out the nosy chairman giving them sleepless nights and headache than babysitting him over his wrong deeds.
We have highly established that the area Zikuliza is not in good books with the executive including his vice Hamida Musanje and the secretary Moses Kitakule over irreconcilable differences.
More so the environmental secretary Carol Kadodi hang her boots over issues we are yet to investigate.
