Former Entebbe Municipality aspiring Member of Parliament Fabrice Rulinda has started warming up for Mayor Vincent Kayanja’s office like crazy. The fella quietly sneaked into the peninsular on Thursday and held an extensive meeting with Kitooro Market vendors who lost property after fire gutted the market last month. He donated Three hundred Thousand Shillings (Shs300,000) to the market vendors to help rebuild their businesses and structures. The city business man is seriously plotting for Mayor Kayanja’s office with several other politicians warming up for the office including his former personal Assistant and NRM Boss Kasozi Kiriweru, Division ‘B’ LC3 Boss Stanley Namayirira Kapere, Former Councilor Hajji Sowedi Serumaga and former MP Aspirant Chris Sebuliba.
We have highly established that Fabrice Rulinda has decided to jump into the Mayoral race because it requires less academic credentials unlike the Parliamentary seat.
