Former Entebbe Municipality Aspiring Member of Parliament Chris Sebuliba is smiling from the bottom of his heart one of these days after he successfully cracked a juicy deal over the weekend during the first ever Dragon Boat festival that was organized at Entebbe Zoo on Sunday. The West Ham Resort Top Boss left the Dragon Boat Festival bobbing majestically with smiling pockets after several high profiled guests including Vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi, Minister of State for Tourism Kiwanda Ssubi, Chinese Ambassador to Uganda Zheng Zhuqiang, Uganda’s Ambassador to China Dr. Crispus Kiyonga plus several others filled their tummies with food. He was accompanied by his former aide George Ntonganyi.
