Former Miss Nkumba Phiona Mulungi is smiling from ear to ear after graduating last weekend at the University’s 17th Annual Graduation after several chocking retakes and course works. The long legged gorgeous babe finally graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at a special ceremony presided over by the Nkumba University Chancellor Sir Gordon Kasibante Wavamuno and attended by several high profile government officers including Education Minister Jessica Alupo.
