Former Entebbe Municipality Mayor Stephen Kabuye is bouncing back on the political scene any time as we talk. The staunch NRM party diehard was kicked out from office by Democratic Party diehard Vincent Kayanja 4 years ago. And since then he has been keeping a low profile and burning on ‘Katebe’. He has been busy with his private businesses including a beach facility in Entebbe and hardware shop in Nakasero.
The latest information coming from the political corridors has it that the bald headed man is bouncing back onto the political spotlight to stand for the Entebbe Municipality parliamentary seat. He has already shopped a new Toyota monster machine in UAU series to be used in the boiling political campaigns.
