Former Entebbe Municipality Division ‘A’ Chairman Hajji Jakira Ssali is bouncing back on the political spotlight after a couple of years benching and grassing on the streets with no paying job. The staunch NRM party diehard was kicked out of office in the last heated battle by DP’s Wasswa David Kasule. The bulky old man has been burning on Katebe for the last couple of years till recently he had a dream to bounce back onto the political spotlight to throw out his political hyenas. The amorphous fella has been living a miserable life and keeping a low profile ever since he was kicked out of office.
