Former Entebbe Municipality Deputy Mayor Kimanye Simon is plotting his mega comeback on the Political scene in Entebbe come 2021. The staunch Democratic Party man and former Kigungu LCIV Councilor is burning on Katebe like hell and gambling around with life ever since he was caned in the Democratic Party primaries. Two weeks ago he disclosed to our scouts that he is raiding Chairman Stanley Namayirira’s office seat come 2021 because he is grassing like chicken. It’s not yet clear what he is up to these days however he has lost a lot of weight.
