Fallen former coffee marketing Board boss Bethuel Nsubuga Muwanguzi is rolling down in his grave after he kicked the bucket an unhappy and worried man. This follows after government snubbed his requiem mass and didn’t send any apologies. The old man and NRM Party diehard supported the bush war and surrendered all his crops and cows to the guerrilla fighters in Dwaniro zone in Kiboga district and since then he and his big family of 800 people have been voting Museveni and campaigning for him like no man’s business. The poor mourners sent several letters to the NRM Party secretariat informing them about the burial arrangements but the party officials paid a deaf ear and shelved the letters.
The old man kicked the bucket last week on Monday after battling several life threatening illnesses including stroke and high blood pressure. He was laid to rest in Bwerenga Kawuku Busiro South after a requiem mass that was held at the Bwerenga Protestant Church. Former Buganda Kingdom Katikiro JB Walusimbi and local government minister Adolf Mwesigye kept a low profile during the requiem mass as staunch NRM Man Mukubabyasi attacked government over forgetting it’s heroes. The minister later sneaked out of the church after he couldn’t contain the heat and the deadly missiles from Mukubabyasi. The 82 year old man has left a lasting record in the village after he fathered close to 40 kids in babes of all sizes. He is now survived by 30 kids after ten of them were called by God.
