Former Finance Ministry top boss and Entebbe senior resident Frank Migayo is enjoying his peace and retirement ever since he hang up the boots a couple of years ago.
The former senior government officer is now reaping from his hard-earned sweat after he erected another multi-million posh facility at Abaita Ababiri in Entebbe.
