Entebbe Municipality Development forum Boss John Kasaijja Abooki is not a happy man after he was thrown out of office a few days ago by the top executive. The poor man was kicked out of office after he failed to fulfill some of the forum’s aims and objectives including organizing regular meetings and debates to discuss some of the paining issues in the municipality. He was replaced by Afrolinks Boss Vikman Proscovia as president in heated elections that were organized at Lake Victoria School. Newly elected Vice President Sewakambo Elvis vowed to work with Municipal council authorities to keep the municipality clean with no chocking dust. Deputy Mayor Simon Kimanye urged the newly elected executive to work with Municipal council to promote hygiene and sanitation in homes in addition to carrying out HIV/AIDS Awareness campaigns in schools. The meeting was attended by close 250 people from Government and Human rights sectors, Local Development, social services, Environment and Heritage Development sectors.
