The Entebbe Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Moses Muwaga is having a paining head and sleepless nights after the Entebbe Hospital facility chocking on Shs300m water and electricity bills. Dr. Muwaga made the shocking revelation during the Baraza (Open forum meeting) that was held on Monday that the hospital has failed to clear the outstanding bill that has accumulated like crazy. Dr. Muwaga revealed that government only disburses Shs3m to cater for water bills per month but the hospital uses water amounting to Shs10m per month. He urged government to quickly find a solution to the debt because National Water and Umeme are on their neck and are threatening to cut off the water and electricity.
