The government officer last week sweated plasma after coughing dimes to a poor man he knocked down a couple of meters away from the President’s palace in Entebbe. The Energy ministry Boss who was cruising his silver land cruiser registration number UAV 505D was arrested last year in December by cops over driving with booze on the head.
The energy ministry Boss chose to settle the matter out of police and court and agreed with the complainant to pay him Shs 1.7m for damages imposed on his car.
