The Wakiso LC5 Councillor Sadiq Mukasa is cursing like hell after losing a court case over grabbing Late Theresa Namazzi’s property in Entebbe. The poor man lost the court battle last week over the ownership of the deceased’s properties. The Democratic Party diehard was kicked hands down in the Kampala High court after three witnesses pinned him down including Lugonjo LC1 Chairman Paul Zikuliza and the fomer Division B Chairman Joseph Ssesanga.
The deceased’s son presented letters of administration claiming the ownership of the deceased’s property and to make matters worse the councilor didn’t produce any document to prove that he had acquired that property legally. The councilor is expected to pay all the court expenses and damages amounting to twenty five million shillings within thirty days to the complainant.
