Barely a fortnight after her nude pics were leaked on social media by her estranged Nigerian Lover Franklin Emoubor Ebikeme, Curvaceous Desire Luzinda’s fame risen rapidly that if she decided to hold a music concert thousands would flood the venue just to have a glance at her.
Horny fellas have been flooding her Facebook page and liking it and in just a week her facebook likes stand at 78,824 from just 50,000 while her estranged lover’s facebook likes stand at 4000 from 1000 and are increasing rapidly.
The Nigerian OGA who was enjoying a football match on Saturday appealed to his followers not to mention anything related to Desire Luzinda.
To emphasize his point the Nigerian Fella stated in Luganda “Mbasaba Mukomye ebigambo bya Desire nange wano” Franklin stated.
Meanwhile Police has summoned Luzinda to record a statement to explain what really happened and how her nude pictures were leaked on social media. “We have failed to get in touch with her as her official numbers are both off,” Enanga said, adding that whoever knows where she is should inform the Police.
Ministry of Internal Affairs launched an investigation after it emerged on social media indicated that Emuobor had acquired a Ugandan passport of number B1012076 in the names of Franklin Baguma.
A reliable source working with the internal affairs ministry and who preferred to remain anonymous confirmed that Emuobor had actually procured a passport in 2011 under the name of Franklin Baguma and also managed to renew it in 2013.
The Police Special Investigation Unit (SIU) has as a result summoned the commissioner in charge of passports, Nicholas Ongodia, to explain how a Ugandan passport was issued to a Nigerian.
“He claimed to be a son of a Munyankole woman which is not true,” said Joseph Alfred Ojinga, the acting commissioner of Police in charge of commercial fraud/ transnational crime.
“He has to explain why he concealed his identity,” Ojinga said.
Information the Police have so far gathered from the internal affairs ministry reaffirms that Emuobor’s passport does bear the names Franklin Baguma, born on November 20, 1977.
It also shows that his father’s name is Rukaakare Binemugisha Yosamu, who was born in Ruhama, Ntungamo and his mother’s name, Edrinah Kyibetenga from Isingiro district.
Ojinga said it is alleged in preliminary findings that someone facilitated this Nigerian to acquire a passport.
“Passport control offices are supposed to double check whichever information is delivered to them, but it is clear this did not take place,” he said.
“We are going to task the officers to explain and if found guilty, they shall face arrest. If this man forged his details and managed to beat them, how did this happen?” Ojinga asked.
Preliminary findings also indicate that immigration officers are supposed to have information on each and every one.
But it was discovered that Emoubor did not have a file and there was very scanty information about him.
At the time SIU officers stormed the internal affairs ministry to investigate, the officers in question were absent.
Ojinga said Emoubor committed computer crimes that he needs to answer for. “What was his intention when he posted the pictures?” he said, adding that Interpol Uganda will contact Interpol Nigeria to summon Emoubor.
