The Entebbe Airport National Resistance Movement Group Treasurer Latibu Manzi is not a happy man ever since Fabrice Rulinda disappointed him after he failed to be nominated to run for the Entebbe Municipality Parliamentary seat. The city businessman has attracted lots of haters who are throwing rotten eggs at him like hell after he failed to run for the parliamentary seat. The hunky fella missed out on joining the House of Lords after he suddenly fell ill on the eve of his nominations and was rushed to International Hospital Kampala (IHK) in a sorry state and was bedridden for several days without talking to anyone. And now the Entebbe Airport NRM treasurer Latibu is spitting venom like a cobra against the hunky dude after he spent sleepless nights campaigning for him. The angry man for the last couple of days has been spilling Rulinda’s secrets to whoever cares to listen to him after failing to accept that Rulinda was critically ill and missed out on the nominations. The pot-bellied NRM Fella has crossed to Rose Tumusiime’s camp and is eyeing the Arua Municipality Member of Parliament seat in 2021 after failing to lobby for enough cash ahead of the 2016 polls.
