

A city tycoon identified as David Kizza, 36 years and a resident of Nateete an outskirt of Kampala is in shit after Police in Entebbe busted him over masterminding several robberies. The city business man’s ‘40 days’ elapsed last week on Friday after undercover police cops netted him trying flee from Kisekka market where he had been spotted. He was finally netted after two of his boys identified as Patrick Kato and Ronald Tumusiime were arrested at Entebbe Police Station over robbing two residencies in Kitubuulu. The two boys broke into a one Aaron Wamuto’s residence and robbed a laptop mini Acer valued at Shs 900,000, Samsung duo Phone valued at Shs 450,000 and cash amounting to Shs 1,333,000. The two boys also went ahead and broke into a one Lovios Ainembabazi’s residence and robbed two mobile phones (Tecno and airtel touch screen).




Shortly after completing their mission Patrick Kato was nabbed by a one Kulumba a local defense officer in the area at around 4am while he tried to jump over Ainembabazi’s residential wall fence. The Area Local Defence officer nabbed the fella after he pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him. The poor boy came down and handed himself in. The fella also snaked his friend Ronald Tumusiime who was nabbed at petrol city fuel station comfortably boarding a taxi going to Kampala at around 5.30am. The two crafty fellas were put behind bars at Entebbe Police Station where they were grilled to the bone marrow to reveal where they had hidden their stolen goods. The fellas refused to mention anything about the stolen items but agreed with police to bust their boss (David Kizza) who has been sending them out to break into people’s homes and rob whatever they land on including Mobile Phones and laptops.
The tycoon was arrested by Police after the two boys tricked him that they were on their way coming from Entebbe with the goods. The tycoon was arrested by plain cloth police officers while he tried to flee from Kisekka Market to Nakulabye after he spotted a couple of Boda Boda riders trailing him in his posh Nissan Teana Ride. He later handed himself in and was brought to Entebbe Police station at around midnight and thrown in police cells where he is cursing life like hell. His two boys also confessed that he operates an electronics shop in Usafi Taxi Park and that he has used them to rob people in Jinja. The crafty tycoon has denied ever meeting the two boys. He will be taken to court to answer for his robbery charges.
