
A Fake City Businessman identified as Mulangira Ssibwa Isaac is in trouble and breathing behind coolers after duping a fleet of people in several fake land deals and fleeing with over two hundred million shillings (Shs200m) in the dubious deals. The crafty fella was arrested two weeks ago and remanded to Kigo prison after he was hunted down for over three years after he conned several people including two brothers Tega Swaleh and Sewanyana Patrick over Eighteen million shillings (Shs18m) in a fake land deal and went missing after pocketing their dime. The foxy fella and resident of Garuga zone was arrested from the Centenary park by two plain clothed police detectives that rounded him up following a warrant of arrest issued by the former Entebbe court magistrate Beatrice Kainza in March 2014 after he obtained money by false pretense over the land belonging to the late Grace Ibingira family located a few meters away from Nkumba University. Police has been hunting for him for the last couple of years ever since he jumped four warrant of arrests that were issued by court after he conned two other people over one hundred and eight million shillings (Shs128m) in a land deal located next to the Kennedy primary
school. The duo including a one Ronnie was conned twenty three million shilling (shs23m) while his colleague identified as Stevie was conned one hundred and five million shillings (shs105m) over the same
land. The suspected wrong element was expected to be paraded before Entebbe court magistrate Mary Kaitesi on Monday but he snubbed court proceedings after he claimed to be suffering from an irritating stomach upset that forced him not to appear in court. He was remanded again to Kigo Prison until the 17th/June/ 2016 under police case file no.CRB 987/15.(By Entebbe News Media)
