The Entebbe Division ‘A’ LC3 Chairman Mutebi Michael Kabwama Nyamayalwo is bobbing shoulders high again in the town after sharpening and taming his Cobra whopper. A couple of months ago, the small bodied man was circumcised and has been nursing a hell of pain with no time to sit in office and supervise his Division ‘A’ Work.
