Who is Coco Finger?
My name is Okori Moses. I was born 1n 1982 to Mr. Otuke Augustine and Mrs. Maimuna Asunge in Grade B Hospital in Entebbe. My parents are residents of Kigungu in Entebbe. My dad is retired man, he used to work with Civil Aviation Authority in the fire Brigade Department. I’m currently looking after mum, I bought her a vehicle that operates as an Airport Taxi. I have three brothers and one sister.
I went to Kigungu Primary School, I then joined Aduku Secondary School in Apac for my O-level Education and Premier High School in Ntinda for my A-level Education. In 2002 I enrolled for a diploma in social work from Nsamizi institute of social development which I completed in 2003. I then left for Dar es Salaam Tanzania in 2004 to concentrate on my music career. While there I used to work as an Emcee, I also did Karaoke and miming. After three years I returned to Uganda and started recording with fenon studios. I was also in touch with other Ugandan Artists.
At School I would hide in a bush to sing and on Sunday I would entertain my colleagues. I would sing live music and that’s when I realized that I wanted to become a musician. At home I would hide my music talent so that my parents wouldn’t know.
