Peace Barigye dragged the family of former Uganda Airline Capt Darlington Omamteker to court over trespassing on her land located along the Uringi Crescent road in Entebbe, Wakiso District.
Rose Kiiza Omamteker also director of Entebbe Junior School plus others are accused of trespassing into land located along the Uringi Crescent road in Entebbe.
Capt Omamteker’s wife plus others including the daughter carried timber logs and building stones in the neighbor’s land.
The dramatic incident happened after several other incidences including removing the main entrance gate to Peace Barigye’s residence.
Police arrested one Yunus Magomu while others including Rosemary Kiiza Omamteker escaped by whiskers to date.
Court in Entebbe last week started hearing the case against key suspect Yunus Magomu and others at large with 4witnesses.
Peace Barigye and one Martin Musinguzi pinned the Entebbe Junior School director over torture and trespass after the starting of the case before the Entebbe court chief magistrate Stella Maris Amabilis.

On the other hand, Barigye dragged an employee of Omamteker’s family, Yunus Magom, 35, to court over threatening violence and criminal trespass.
Case scheduled for further hearing on the November 10th 2023 at Entebbe court with two more witnesses.
