Former Uganda Internal Security Organisation (ISO) Chief Brig. Henry Tumukunde is in trouble after playing foul game over a land deal with tycoon Joseph Madagazi Yiga. This follows after the duo fell out after cracking the juicy deal three years ago. The trouble started with the former government officer re-claiming the two hundred acre land located in Njangi Bujjuko along Mityana Road. Tumukunde sold the controversial land at three billion five hundred million shillings (Shs 3.5bn) in December 2010 and received the biggest percentage of the money. The outstanding balance of the six hundred million (Shs 600m) was expected to be paid in three months. Tumukunde received two billion nine hundred million and cancelled the agreement in April 2015. The former army officer has now been summoned by the commercial court in Kampala for plotting a fishy move to grab back his land.
