Former Operation Wembley Boss Brig. Elly Kayanja is in trouble after cracking a juicy sand mining deal in Kyewaga forest in Entebbe. The top UPDF army officer is in hot soup after the Entebbe RDC Rose Kirabira summoned him over the lucrative secret deal in the government forest over looking Lake Victoria. The government army officer was last week summoned by Entebbe Police and arrogantly refused to report the police station after angry residents pinned him over trespassing on the disputed land. The army chief has heavily deployed armed soldiers and also hired two excavators to be used in sand mining.
