Police in Nsangi are investigating a shooting that happened Sunday night which led to the death of a one Kalumba John aka Kenzo, a brick layer in the area. According to KMP Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire, the District Police Commander (DPC) Merdard Asiimwe discharged the bullet which killed Kalumba. The victim succumbed to the injuries while he was being ferried to the hospital. “Asiimwe has since been arrested and detained at Nsangi police station. Uganda Police Force have revealed that they do not have NUP motor mouthpiece Fred Lumbuye in their custody.
