Police has trashed reports of the alleged arrest of self-styled tycoon Bryan White as untrue and baseless. “We have not arrested him,” Police spokesperson Emillian Kayima revealed. The  government proposes a daily tax of Ush100 ($0.03) on all social media users in the country.
