The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries on Tuesday ushered in a new Permanent Secretary Pius Wakabi who took over from Vincent Rubarema. Mr. Wakabi who is a seasoned Human Resource Practitioner pledged to build on the successes of his predecessor and ensuring that Agriculture continues to solve the unemployment problem by making it attractive for the youth. He pledged to work together with all ministry officials and the technical staff to combat the different challenges that the Agriculture sector is facing. The handover ceremony took place in the Agriculture Ministry head quarters in Entebbe.
