Renowned Human Rights defender in Entebbe Town John Paul Muyanda is in catch 22 with law enforcers for eluding jail by skipping several police bonds. Muyanda, who was at the helm of defending the rights of Albert Cheptoyek and Bernard Randell together with their accomplices who were incarcerated in September 2013 for perpetuating acts of natural offences fled the country after being detained at Entebbe Police for interfering with Police investigations into the people involved in the same acts.
Ever since Muyanda was granted police bond his whereabouts aren’t known and several warrants of arrest have been issued against him for violation of the Police Bond.
