Former Forum For Democratic Change Party President Rtd. Co.l Kizza Besigye is a polite man ever since he quit active politics to concentrate on his other personal businesses. The former opposition leader is no longer causing anarchy in the city like those days.
The police and other security organs squeezed him until he gave up on walking on the streets to be arrested. The Wakiso District LC5 Boss Matia Lwanga Bwanika on Thursday organized a thanks giving ceremony and mega political showdown at his residence on Entebbe road. The special ceremony was presided over by Cardinal Emmanuel Wamala and attended by several big-shots including Buganda Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga and City Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago.
