Fangone Forest singer Alien Skin has caused a stir on social media after he released his list of artists he considers to be superstars, while eliminating those that everyone considered to have made it.
Alien Skin had a chat with his team in an interview where he took time to dissect the artists and their influence, ranking who he thought was best and those that he thought didn’t make the cut.
Starting his list off with King Saha, the Fangone Forest boss pinned him for idolising the late Radio Mowzey and, because of this, he sang exactly like him.
To Weasel and Pallaso, Alien Skin dismissed claims of them being superstars, mentioning that they were just brothers to Jose Chameleone, whom he hailed for inspiring a lot of young artists.
When it came to Bebe Cool, Alien Skin only referred to him as a singer and not a superstar. He revealed that Bebe Cool had, over the years, built his career around other people’s influence and occasionally jumped on trends instead of creating his own.

“Bebe Cool would have been a superstar but he is confusing. I would have said he made some artists but look at Tuff B, he left his camp and is nowhere. For Rema Namakula, she got her breakthrough with Kenzo. As for his son, Paper Daddy, he has not made it yet,” he said.
Alien Skin further added Eddy Kenzo and Bob Wine to his list of superstars. He also gave a special mention to Gravity Omutujju, whom he said invented his own unique music style that has gone ahead to be plagiarized by a number of artists.
“Those are the only stars we should look up to for now. It is now up to their fans to argue that list out,” he said.
