Kings Love Entertainment singer King Saha has addressed the ongoing police case filed by his baby mama, Racheal Kente, against Winnie Wa Mummy.
King Saha, who was at Kololo Grounds to oversee the arrangements ahead of his concert this weekend, spoke to journalists, confirming that Winnie was not under arrest as rumors were going around on social media.
He insisted that all her Hajjats were well and denied addressing the issue further. “Winnie is well. All my Hajjats are well, and there is no problem between them,” he said.
The Deputy police spokesperson, Luke Owesigyire, while speaking to the media, confirmed that Racheal Kente indeed opened up a case against Winnie Wa Mummy.
He revealed that she opened a cyber harassment case at Jinja Road Police after she allegedly targeted her on social media.
Luke denied allegations that Winnie was arrested by the police, revealing that she was instead summoned to the station, and she willingly showed up and provided them with a statement.
“There was an exchange of words on social media between them that she called cyber harassment. We opened a general inquiry file and yesterday, Winnie Wa Mummy reported at the station and provided us with a statement.

Luke further revealed that, as police, they will investigate the case further, and if they get enough evidence, they will escalate the file to the government prosecutor, who will advise them on the next steps.
“We shall seek to find out if the case is solid and if they say it is, we shall proceed to court for criminal charges. If she is not satisfied with the ruling from the prosecutor then they are free to proceed to the civil court to sort their issues. She is not under arrest, she presented herself to the station,” he said.
