Singer Tracy Melon, real name Tracy Mirembe, has opened up about her experience of dealing with fans who attempt to sexually assault her on stage.
Tracy Melon was a guest performer at Mami Deb’s weekly “Let’s Talk With Mami Deb” show, where she delved into several topics, including how she handles disrespect on stage, warning culprits never to attempt it again.
Talking about her experience, she stressed that she had been in one scenario where she was disrespected on stage vowing never take it again.
“But do not let this calm and beautiful face lie to you because I will give you. I’m not even being mean or what but I do not think it is necessary for you to touch me. You are not supposed to touch me without my consent and it doesn’t matter whether you are drunk, whether you are sober, whether the touching is okay between you and your family and you keep touching your sisters; but for me, you do not touch. I will not take disrespect in any kind of way,” she said.
