Entebbe based DAS Handling company driver Richard Rugonge is in trouble after causing a nasty accident at the Entebbe International Airport two weeks ago. The tractor Driver who is a wanted man drove recklessly and injured two UPDF soldiers who had just returned from war ravaged Somalia and were following up their baggage for clearance.
