Wakiso District LC5 Chairman Matia Lwanga Bwanika is in hot soup after boldly failing to pay his choking debt amounting to over one million shillings.
The district boss is on the spot after one Balikuddembe Ceaser, a veterinary doctor treating his animals including goats and cows and failing to pay for the service.
The animal medic has run out anger with the district chairman after tossing him around and failing to pay his outstanding bill amounting to one million six hundred fifty two thousand shillings(shs1,652,000/=) for treating his animals at his farm along Entebbe road.
Several communications have been made to the district chairman to pay his choking debts since 2018 todate.
“We have highly established that in 2018 an amount of shs647, 500/= was left hanging while in 2019, shs 790,500/= was no cleared and to date shs295, 000/=”.
The animal medic and resident of Abaita Ababiri has on several occasions treated the district chairman’s goats and cow at his farm along the Lutembe road.
Balikuddembe yesterday revealed in a meeting that, “Bwanika has frustrated to the bone marrow after failing to act like a gentle man and refusing to pay his hard earned monies”.
Bwanika is bitter with the poor man after exposing his dirty linen in public and media despite the fact that the duo have been great friends and now turned enemies.
In 2012, Bwanika’s former house wife Sarah Nansikombi made noise over their marital affairs that prematurely ended after pushing him in the 2006 district elections.
