The Entebbe town based Cassava Republic Hangout is no more after it shut down over making zero profits. The happening hangout finally closed down a couple of weeks ago after it couldn’t handle tight competition from other bars and hangouts located along the same street including De Bar, Stone Pub, Knight Riders, Street Club, Amazon Bar plus several other small drinking joints and Bufundas that sell beer and roasted Chicken cheaply. The premises have been taken over by new Management that bought Cassava Republic and the happening hang out has been renamed The Hacienda.
