The Entebbe Municipality Division ‘B’ Buganda Kingdom ‘Mituba Etano’ Eron Vero Bubye and her committee received a cash boost of Shs700,000 from Hon. Rose Tumusiime, the Entebbe Municipality Member of Parliament to kick start their community projects (Bulungi Bwansi) in the Division. The cash was handed over to ‘Mituba Etano’ Eron Vero Bubye at a colourful fundraising dinner that was held at Flight Motel. Hon. Rose Tumusiime also handed over 20 rakes that will be used during the ‘Bulungi Bwasi’ cleaning exercise.
NRM Bosses including Chairman Kasozi Kiriweru contributed Shs100, 000, wheel barrow worth Shs150, 000 and 5 spades worth Shs75, 000. Chairman Sempala Twaha contributed 5 spades worth Shs75, 000.
Mituba Etano’s Aide Jeff Kayongo thanked Hon. Rose Tumusiime for contributing generously towards Buganda Kingdom projects and called on other leaders to learn from her.
