For the last 17 years two Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Bosses identified as Bbaale Luyinda the Bird Hazard Control Boss and his Junior Elem Consolata a Foot Patroller have been at loggerheads and fighting like tigers over office politics. According to reliable sources the cold war between the two Bosses started brewing up in the early 2000’s after Elem Consolata pinned down her supervisor Bbaale Luyinda over mistreating her at work. In a letter dated 17 October 2003 Elem Consolata pointed fingers at Bbaale for using bad language and inciting fellow workers against her, frequent false accusations to other bosses against her, segregation of workers and to make matters worse even sexual harassment. For the last couple of years the poor lady has been working under stressful conditions after her Supervisor started asking for her legs like crazy. After refusing to part with her legs the poor woman has been facing a hell of storm in the office including being denied promotions despite sitting for several interviews.
A couple of months ago CAA management and disciplinary committee issued Bbaale Luyinda with several warning letters but he has refused to listen and keeps foxing around for the poor woman’s legs.
In another letter dated September 06, 2016 that Entebbenews has obtained Elem Consolata has objected to Mr. Bbaale’s appraisal citing malice and spreading rumors in previous appraisal sessions.
“I hereby present my protest to you regarding the way in which you maliciously appraised some of our staff especially Ms. Elem Conso. Appraising a person of my caliber is the work of the supervisor who is always with us when you are busy loitering in the terminal building corridor spreading rumors against your juniors yet you have never called for Airport Bird Hazard Control Committee meeting which was done by the then BHWCO Mrs. Gloria Kirabo and it will cost CAA during ICAO audit like before. I haven’t received last year’s appraisal form yet our colleagues in the fire department have done so” the letter reads.
“Last but not least, I can’t work with a wicked Boss who doesn’t wish his juniors well, I have worked for 16 years now and yet without any promotion because I didn’t submit to your sexual demands, but I know promotion comes from God” the letters reads.
