The Entebbe Municipality Kitooro Central LCIII Councilor Bruhan Rubogo Basange is not a happy man after O/C Kitooro Police Station Eseza Nabutoono belittling and rubbishing him during the heated Entebbe Municipality Division ‘B’ Boda Boda polls that were organized at the Kiwafu Play Ground on Wednesday. The Democratic Party diehard bitterly clashed with Nabutoono after she ordered him to leave the voting zone in good faith. The fella remained big-headed and refused to leave the voting zone until when a police officer mugged him away. The DP diehard plus his colleagues were fighting tooth and nail for Sulaiman Segirinya to cane Saidi Joseph Katunguka. Nabutoono revealed that police swung into action after they got a tip off that the DP diehard and his colleagues were plotting to disrupt the polls.
