Aspiring Member of Parliament for Entebbe Municipality Fabrice Rulinda is thinking hard and re-organizing his troops ever since he decided to run as an independent candidate. The stinking cash cow quit the NRM Party after Patience Mubangizi’s plot to rig the primaries was busted. The hunky dude chickened out from the race and didn’t return the NRM Nomination forms after the party authorities failed to convince him that there would be no rigging in the primaries. The hunky fella shocked all his supporters after he decided to run as an independent candidate and since then his supporters have been bitter with him after walking out of the NRM Party minus consulting them.
His campaign manager identified as Sempala Twaha the NRM LCIII Chairman Division B flag bearer broke ranks with him and vowed not to support him as an independent candidate in the 2016 polls. The two bitterly fell out after Sempala was heard in a meeting seriously de-campaigning Rulinda. Rulinda chopped wires after his spies tipped him off over the matter. The hunky dude decided to throw his weight behind Sempala’s rival Paul Zikuliza during the LCIII Primaries in addition to facilitating his political campaigns and for the last couple of weeks he has been sharing campaign notes with the Lugonjo – Nakiwogo LCI Chief.
