Busiro South Member of Parliament Joseph Balikuddembe is quitting the political game after two terms in the House of Lords and ready to gamble his way out of the world. For the couple of months the flabby legislator has been suffering from several life threatening illnesses including high blood pressure and dozing in parliament. He has now decided to back off the noisy parliament and go silent for good. He has been grooming and plotting for his young bro Stephen Sekigozi to take over his seat in next year’s hot boiling polls. Last week he knelt down before Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga at a Bulungi Bwasi function in Entebbe and begged him to squeeze him anywhere in the kingdom including manning the Kabaka’s gates in Mengo.
