Entebbe Windsor Sacco Authorities are hunting down for over 60 individuals and persons over failing to clear their loans that they acquired in good faith and have since accumulated in millions of shillings. The names and photos of the loan defaulters were published in the Windsor Sacco Entebbe 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) Magazine. It’s not yet clear whether these individuals are still residing in Entebbe or they have relocated to other areas to avoid being disturbed by the Entebbe Windsor Sacco Authorities. We have positively identified Ssekajja Andrew, the Kitooro Market Vice Chairman as one of the top loan defaulters.
Windsor Employees Co-operative Savings and Credit Society Ltd (Windsor Sacco) is a creation from a group of members who way back in 1997 mooted an idea of creating a common pool with the intention of forming a self help group for purposes of economic development and poverty eradication while in employment at Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel Entebbe by that time. The Sacco started with saving of Shs170,000 and currently April 2019 savings bank Statement indicates that the Sacco has over Shs1,500,000,000 savings and with over 2,000 members after the Sacco embraced the entire citizens of Uganda.
